The application round for Swedish students for 2012-2014 opens on 15 March and closes on 16 April

Our selection proceedure

After the completion of the selection of applicants, you will receive a letter of notification. The information in the notification letter is final, unless you are contacted by the programme or Lund University. If you are placed on our waitlist, we will contact you if there is a seat available, you do not need to contact the programme to show your interest. If you are not admitted, there is no possibility for you to change the selection results by sending additional documents or updated CV. We wish you the best of luck with applying again next year, and on your future endeavours!

Cost of Participation

Tuition fees for non-European students are detailed on Lund University's international website. The cost of living is approximately 7500 SEK (800€) per month. Students requiring a visa/residence permit must present documents substantiating financial support when submitting the visa application to a Swedish Embassy or Consulate.

If you are in need of financial assistance to finance your studies at LUMID, you are primarily advised to secure funding from sources outside Sweden. In Sweden a limited number of scholarships are available through the Swedish Institute for candidates from all countries in the world except the Nordic countries. You can apply for a scholarship from the Swedish Institute: www.si.se
